The pricing structure for DSBE's services is currently at US$ 25.00 per hour of our CEO's time in increments of a tenth of an hour, regardless of which corporate division he is providing services on behalf of. DSBE has no employees nor retained contractors. Our CEO is the only corporate officer who works without compensation or benefits for the sake of the company's survival and growth. Rates in N$ (Namibian dollars) are in plan, but not yet implemented.
This rate is anticipated to be adjusted on a per division basis as our CEO attention will necessarily focus his limited time on the highest value labors when business justifies it and others are hired to handle the workflow.
In addition to this rate for the CEO's time, the following rates apply for DSBE's expenses.
- Printouts at US$ 0.25 per pageside;
- Photocopies (greyscale) at US$ 0.25 per pageside + tax;
- Photocopies (color) at US$ 0.50 per pageside + tax;
- Mileage at US$ 0.60 per mile (in addition to staff's transportation time charged at their hourly rate;)
- Facsimiles, domestic, at US$ 3.00 for the first page, and US$ 2.00 for each additional page;
- Facsimiles, international, at US$ 7.00 for the first page, and US$ 5.00 for each additional page;
- Copies obtained from the Office of the San Mateo County Assessor-Clerk-Recorder at US$ 1.25 per pageside.
Unpaid invoices are charged 1.5% simple interest monthly (18% APR) and are subject to civil collection efforts after 90 days past due.
Goods, including photocopies per BoE Reg. 1528, are priced individually and subject to Calfornia sales tax from the City of East Palo Alto in the County of San Mateo, which is currently 9.0%. Prices are exclusive of shipping and handling by DSBE's Logistical Services Division.
