Logistical Services Division (LO)

The Logistical Services division was founded in FY2010-11. Its first client of the Logistical Services divison was the East Palo Alto Center for Multimedia. In its third fiscal year of operation it also supported the campaign of Lisa Yarborough-Gauthier for City Council.

Short-term Goals

The short-term goals of the Logistical Services division include handling the transport requirements of its sibling division of Sauber Janitorial Services and of its own clients in the greater East Palo Alto area, such as the Su Fu of Pao Hua Temple, shown above.

Mid-term Goals

The mid-term goals of the Logistical Services division include developing a clientele in DSBE's target markets of Atherton, West Menlo Park, and Portola Valley. It is to also make preparations along the East coast of the Continental United States in preparation for future expansion to Namibia and Norway.


The division is further expected to achieve independent profitability as a sustainable business unit.

Long-term Goals

The division's long-range plans are for it to buttress planned corporate operations in Viet Nam, Norway, and Namibia and to resell its services to those who also wish to do business with and within those countries and thier market territories.


Thenafter, the projected growth paths, along with DSBE's, are to expand into Ethiopia and Malawi -- out of Namibia -- and Japan and Taiwan -- out of Viet Nam.


Operations out of Norway are to fan into the rest of Scandinavia, Europe, and the British Isles.
