The HR Services division's primary business lines are professional recruiting for Silicon Valley high tech start-ups on a consulting basis and building East Palo Alto businesses and organizations benefitting its community. The HR Services Division's personnel ainternal HR needs of DSBE, functioning as a Department headed by a Manager in that capacity (the Division is headed by a corporate Vice President who is also the Division's General Manager.)


DSBE's HR Services Division is neither a recruiting nor an employment agency at this time. We are paid directly by our client for time and expenses (per dsb-e.com/Pricing.html) to help with their resume and forward it in targeted mailings to prospective employers. When the client does not have an email account, we accept emails on their behalf.

In support of the City of East Palo Alto's Rent Control Program, DSBE will do what it can to help fill the following positions pro bono.

Episcopal Diocese of California

In support of the Parish of St. Bede's Episcopal Church, DSBE will do what it can to help full the following position pro bono.

Philanthropy

When the division's Vice President and General Manager also represented DSBE to the East Palo Alto Bayshore Rotary Club, the division assisted the club's President in building its membership pro bono. DSBE was able to recruit the Executive Director of the Louis and Joan Platt Family East Palo Alto YMCA;
