DSBE is presently homeless, and like many unsheltered persons in East Palo Alto is registered (with California's Secretary of State) as "residing" at the East Palo Alto City Government Center at 2415 University Avenue.

DSBE's virtual office floats with its CEO, but it is most often located in the library on the ground floor of the City Government Center, one of the city's two McDonald's, or the Starbuck's in East Palo Alto.
