Malawi

If DSBE's Legal Services are successful in Windhoek, they will expand to influence the legal and legislative systems of Malawi initially from their offices in Windhoek.

When business and the stability of Malawi provided sufficient grounds, DSBE's Legal Services in Windhoek would then expand to Blantyre.

Namibia

The long-term goals of the Legal Services Division includes helping Namibia improve its legal and legislative system, in harmony with its government's objectives, for the shared objective of realizing the country's full potential for its citizens. This would be after DSBE itself and its other divisions have already established a prescence in Windhoek (e.g., its Accounting Services, Logistical Serviecs, Multimedia Content, and Security Services divisions.) Those efforts would be in addition to offering legal services to Namibians as a business.

To that end, employees of DSBE Legal Services Division would seek to be represented on the Society of Advocates of Namibia.

Norway

The division's long-term goals include helping Norwegian clients conduct business in Malawi, Namibia, the United States, and the Yunnan Province.

Viet Nam

The division's long-term goals also include helping Vietnamese clients conduct business in Namibia, Norway, the United States, and the Yunnan Province.

Yunnan Province

The division's long-term goals include helping Chinese clients of the Yunnan province conduct business in Namibia, Norway, the United States, and Viet Nam.
